How to reactivate existing location(s) using the Mobile App

 In the Nova App click on Bill & Payments.  With Full Owner access, enter your Company Name, Username and Password as shown in your software.  (they are all case sensitive)  Once you’re signed in, click on “Reactive Multiple Locations”. Choose which location(s) you would like to Reactivate and click “Next”. If the location was successfully reactivated, you will see the message below.

How to open a new location using the Mobile App

 In the Nova App click on Bill & Payments.  With Full Owner access, enter your Company Name, Username and Password as shown in your software.  (they are all case sensitive)  Once you’re signed in, click on “Open Location”.  You may edit the location name here or later in the Settings.  Choose to which “Region” this new location belongs to.  (if you don’t use Regions skip this step).  Choose the location “Status” to Active or Inactive.  Active means you will be charged right away and will have full access to the sales screen.  Inactive will give you access to the Managers side Read more

How to close an existing location using the Mobile App

 In the Nova App click on Bill & Payments.  With Full Owner access, enter your Company Name, Username and Password as shown in your software.  (they are all case sensitive)  Once you’re signed in, click on “Close Location”. Choose which location(s) you would like to close and click “Next”. Choose the reason for closing the location(s).  It is optional to add Notes. If the location was successfully closed, you will see the message below.

Accessing Bill & Payments with the new Mobile App

With our new Mobile App, you can now access your account(s) billing & payments. This gives you access to open and/or close locations at  the tip of your fingers.  In the Nova App click on Bill & Payments.  With Full Owner access, enter your Company Name, Username and Password as shown in your software.  (they are all case sensitive)  Once you’re signed in, you will see all of your Active locations and Storage’s.

Reviewing employees Salaries from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App click on the plus sign next to Employees and choose Salaries To choose the User, Region and/or Location and Date Range you would like to view, click on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner.  Based on  the location and date range chosen, you will see the total Salary, Hourly Salary, Commission, Deductions and Reimbursements per employee.  Clicking on the arrow next to each user will display the Salaries in details.

Reviewing Locations status from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Locations Choose the Region, Location(s) and Date Range you would like to view.  Based on  the Regions, Location(s) and date range chosen, you will see the current status of the Location.  Click on the arrow next to each location and you will be able to view the invoice number(s) with the subtotal

How to create an Inventory Transfer from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Inventory Transfer  Choose the Region and Location to send from and the Region and location to send to.  Then click on Select Products.  Enter the quantities on the left side of the screen and click on the plus sign to add the product to the transfer.  Once all of the products for this transfer were added, click on the Products button to confirm the quantities. (This step can be skipped if you do not want to confirm the quantities) To submit the Transfer, click on the Overview button and on the Transfer Now button.

Reviewing Refunds from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Accounting and Refunds.  Choose a Date Range, Region and Location(s). You will see any refunds that were done between the dates and locations chosen.

Reviewing Check In/Out from the new Mobile App

 In the Nova App choose Check In/Out  Click on the Calendar icon to choose a specific date. You will be able view who’s clocked in/out with a timestamp.
